Wolfgang Reile
Founder and President of SearchFit, Reile was born in Munich, Germany. After gaining 30 years of experience in the field of International Marketing and Product development, while working on clients like Coca-Cola and Walt Disney, Reile decided to enter the sphere of Internet Services. With immense exposure to the way businesses work in the rest of the world, he has acquired clairvoyance and insight to understand what clicks in today's market. Wolfgang Reile has served the Internet community for more than 13 years and is undoubtedly, an expert on Internet Marketing, Search Engine Optimization and Website development.

Stanimir Stanev (Stanley)
With 15 years of experience in IT consulting, and prior employers like Cisco and IBM to his name, Stanev is now the Lead Software Architect and Developer at SearchFit. While at Cisco, Stanev was responsible for the development of a new SOA platform, which earned him the Remy Bricka Award for superior technical contributions. At IBM, he designed and developed software to monitor software and hardware problems on Windows, UNIX, and Linux systems. He was also a part of Cyberfort Inc where he developed variety of software for the banking, accounting, and financial industry. Stan also devotes his time to MomentumSI where he helps the development of projects utilizing the latest SOA, Web Services, and Java technologies. Stanev holds a Master Degree in Computer Science from Varna Technical University in Europe.

Michael Sorrentino
As the Internet Operations Manager at SearchFit, Sorrentino is responsible for the IT infrastructure and security. Prior to joining us, Sorrentino worked in Technical Support at AT&T WorldNet, and later in System Administration for both Hughes Electronic Commerce and Deluxe Corporation. He has also served as General Consultant/Project Coordinator for www.journeymusic.com, an internet presence for the rock band Journey.

Charu Lata
Charu Lata has worked in the field of Internet Marketing for the last five years. She has, to her credit, an English Honors degree from Delhi University, and a Masters from the Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, Delhi, specializing in Marketing and Information technology. As Chief Operating Officer (COO) at SearchFit India, she is adept in all disciplines of Marketing and has a keen interest in the field of Internet Market Research, Marketing Psychology and meditation and hopes to pursue them in future. In her free time, Charu likes to relax by spending sometime with herself.
